Help and contact
Namiluna is a calm log for life with PCOS: your cycle as it really is, evening check-ins of your symptoms, daily habits from the 2023 International Evidence-based Guideline for PCOS, insights, and a PDF report for your doctor. Everything stays on your iPhone.
Questions
How does Namiluna count my cycle? From the first day of bleeding to the day before the next one. Up to two days without bleeding stay inside a period, and spotting is noted without starting one.
Why doesn’t it predict my next period? The 2023 guideline calls adult cycles shorter than 21 or longer than 35 days irregular. Namiluna shows a window for your next period only when your recent cycles all fell in that range; otherwise it doesn’t guess, and shows the day of your cycle and the range of your past cycles.
Does it diagnose or treat PCOS? No. Namiluna is for tracking and education. It is not a medical device and not medical advice. Talk to your doctor about your health.
How do I share my notes with my doctor? Insights › Doctor report makes a PDF of 3, 6 or 12 months that you can send or print.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription? In the app, Settings › Manage subscription, or in your iPhone’s Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
Apple Health? Settings › Apple Health reads and writes your periods and weight, with your permission. Nothing leaves your iPhone.
